The Family Clinic COVID-19 Notice

Dear Family Clinic Patients,

The health and safety of our patients, employees and community is of the utmost importance to us. We continue to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus) and we are taking active measures to ensure the safety of all. Being a healthcare facility, we already have strong systems in place to ensure the cleanliness of all of our equipment and office as a whole. We have reinforced these systems and asked our team to be vigilant in their efforts to maintain the cleanliness of our office.

Please understand that new protocols are being put into place to ensure the health and safety of everyone, even those without symptoms. We will follow the guidelines of the CDC and the state and local Departments for Public Health. Because of this, we will be instituting new office policies.

These include:

Pre-screening all appointments.

If you have:

  1. traveled outside the United States of America or in an area w/ known outbreak or
  2. have been exposed to someone with (or suspected of having) COVID-19 or
  3. are displaying any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath

Please alert staff. You may be asked to wait in your car (until a room is available), put on a mask before entering the building, or try our telehealth video visit option from your car or at home.

Rearranging our schedule:

We are asking:

  1. Check-ups/well-visits to be scheduled in the morning hours
  2. Sick visits to be limited to the afternoon
